Sofjan Wanandi, President Commissioner

Sofjan Wanandi is an Indonesian citizen, with age of 68 years old. He became the company’s Chief Commissioner since 2007. He also holds positions as member of Board of Director Centre for Strategic and International Studies and Chairman of Gemala Group. He is a former President Director of Pakarti Yoga Group and Chairman of the Indonesian Chambers of Commerce and Industry for United States Committee, Vice Chairman KADIN, the Heads of several Committees as well as member of Board of Advisor Capital Group and Board of Advisor Carlyle Group. At present, Sofjan Wanandi holds position as Chairman of DPN APINDO (National Executive Board of Association of Indonesian Business People). He obtained Undergraduate Degree (S1) on Economics from the University of Indonesia and Undergraduate Degree (S1) on Economics from Padjajaran University.

Usman Fan, Commissioner

Usman Fan is a 39-years old Indonesian citizen. He was appointed as a commissioner member of the company since 2007. He is also President Director PT Fanindo Chiptronic, President Director PT Putra Andalas Sejati and Commissioner of PT Guna Surya Binamandiri. He obtained his Diploma Degree from Stanford City College – Singapore.

Anas, S.E., Independent Commissioner

Anas, S.E., an Indonesian citizen (47 years old), holds position as Independent Commissioner since 2007. He also holds a number of positions including Director PT Batama Nusa Permai, President Director PT Graha Seraya Pratama, Director PT Adithya Seraya Korita, Director PT Panca Eka Bina Plywood Ind, Director PT Uniseraya, PT Panca Wira Seraya, PT Intan Wira Seraya and PT Trimitra Batam Permata. He is also Vice Chairman Indonesia Chamber of Commerce – Tourism Section, Vice Rector II Universitas International Batam, President of Indonesian Hotel & Restaurant Association, Founder of Clarissa Foundation and Kallista Foundation. He got his Strata 1 (S1) Degree from Trisakti University.
