The requirements are :

 

  1. Diploma/University, majoring in Electronic Engineering (1);
  2. Diploma/University with related to the field of work is preferable (2,4,6,7,8,9,10,11,12);
  3. Diploma/University, majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management (3);
  4. Diploma/University, majoring in Industrial Engineering (5);
  5. SLTA in any discipline (13,14);
  6. SMK majoring in Electronic/Electric/Machine (15);
  7. Have experience in related field;
  8. 3 years in specific experience as an electronic application engineer involve in house board design and has accessibility to component manufacture experience (1);
  9. 3 years experience in ISO system implementation and management together with hands on experience on product audit and also experience in most of the basic material process knowledge (2);
  10. Able to design and develop testing tool, training and development plan, balance scorecard-key performance indicator, performance appraisal, industrial relationship, coaching and counseling, etc (3);
  11. Having knowledge on manufacturing business process is preferable (4);
  12. Good analysis and calculation in electronic manufacturing process (5);
  13. Good analysis, calculation and negotiation skill (5,6);
  14. Understand ISO 9001, 14001 and SMK-3 (7);
  15. Able to operate molding injection machine, understand molding injection concept and able to trouble shooting for molding defect (11);
  16. Able to read mechanical drawing and able to operate measuring equipment (12);
  17. Able to communicate in English both spoken and written (1-12);
  18. Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage (1-12);
  19. Can operate computer (1-12);
  20. All candidates must have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard working;
  21. SLTA/SMK/Diploma/University fresh graduated with majoring related to the position is welcome.
