INVESTOR RELATION

Since 2008, Smailly Andy has been assigned as corporate Investor Relation. Before that, he worked in a taxi company in Singapore knowned as Smartcab pte ltd, as credit controller (2007- 2008). In 2007, he attained Bachelor in Economics from University of London program conducted in Stansfied college in Singapore. Currently, he is taking master in law from Univesitas Internasional Batam.

CORPORATE SECRETARY

Since 1 Januari 2014, Wilson served as Corporate Secretary of the Company. Previously, he served as Human Resource (HR) Assistant Manager of the Company from 1999-2000, from the years 2000-2012 as HR Manager, Assistant Division Manager from 2012-2013 and AK3 of the Company and the Secretary of P2K3 from year 2000-2013. He holds a law degree from the University of Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in 1998 and a Masters in Law from the Universitas Internasional Batam, Indonesia, in 2013. He was appointed as Secretary of the Company based on the Company’s Corporate Secretary replacement letter No. Ref. 083/PTSN/XII/2013 dated December 23, 2013.
