Since 2015, Kustina has been appointed as the Company's Finance Director (Non Affiliated). Before, she was the Company's Accounting Manager (2007-2014) and the Executive of PT Amtek Engineering Batam (2002-2007). She was appointed by deed No.52 through Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Company, dated December 10, 2014, made by Soehendro Gautama, SH, M.Hum, Notary in Batam. She gained her Diploma degree from Thames Business School, Singapore.

Since 2007, Usman Fan has been served as the Company's Commissioner. He is affiliated with the President Director. He also serves as Commissioner at PT BPR Mutiara Cemerlang Barelang and PT Guna Surya Binamandiri, and as President Director at several companies. Previously, he held leadership roles at PT Sat Techindo and PT Fanindo Genmik Perkasa. His appointment was formalized through an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on August 7, 2007. He holds a Business Management Diploma from Stanford City College, Singapore.

Lily was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee since September 29, 2023 based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners No. 003/SK/PTSN/IX/2023. Domiciled in Batam, she completed her education at SMK Indra Sakti Tanjung Pinang majoring in Accounting and Finance. Having more than 20 years of experience in finance, administration, and sales, Lily currently serves as Assistant Manager at PT. Graha Harmoni. She is not affiliated with any party, does not hold concurrent positions in other public companies, and has not attended training during the current fiscal year.

Rina Dewi has been the Corporate Secretary of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk since January 18, 2021. She earned her Law degree from Universitas Internasional Batam in 2010. Previously, she worked as a member of the company's accounting team (2009-2013) and as an assistant corporate secretary (2013-2021). She has no affiliations with any parties.

Edi Sutejo, SE has been serving as a Member of the Internal Audit Unit of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk since 2013, based on Appointment Letter No.048/PTSN/VIII/2013. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Janabadra University, Yogyakarta. He began his career as an audit staff member in 1999, and since 2013, he has served as both Head of Audit and a member of Internal Audit. Edi holds no concurrent positions in any public company, is unaffiliated, and has attended multiple professional training programs, though he currently does not hold any internal audit professional certification.
