Since 2015, Kustina has served as the Company's Finance Director (Non-Affiliated). Previously, she was the Company's Accounting Manager (2007-2014) and an Executive at PT Amtek Engineering Batam (2002-2007). She was appointed by deed No.52 through the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the Company, dated December 10, 2014, made by Soehendro Gautama, SH, M.Hum, Notary in Batam. She gained her Diploma from Thames Business School, Singapore.

Since 2007, Usman Fan has served as the Company's Commissioner. He is affiliated with the President Director. He also serves as Commissioner for PT BPR Mutiara Cemerlang Barelang and PT Guna Surya Binamandiri, and President Director for several other companies. Previously, he held leadership roles at PT Sat Techindo and PT Fanindo Genmik Perkasa. His appointment was formally approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on August 7, 2007. He earned a Diploma in Business Management from Stanford City College, Singapore.

Lily was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee effective September 29, 2023, based on the Board of Commissioners Resolution No. 003/SK/PTSN/IX/2023. Based in Batam, she completed her education at SMK Indra Sakti Tanjung Pinang, majoring in Accounting and Finance. With over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, and sales, Lily currently serves as Assistant Manager at PT Graha Harmoni. She has no affiliation with any party, holds no other positions in public companies, and has not attended training during the current fiscal year.

Rina Dewi has served as the Corporate Secretary of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk since January 18, 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Law from Batam International University in 2010. Previously, she served as a member of the company's accounting team (2009–2013) and as an assistant corporate secretary (2013–2021). She has no affiliation with any parties.

Edi Sutejo, SE has served as a member of the Internal Audit Unit at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk since 2013, under appointment letter No. 048/PTSN/VIII/2013. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Janabadra University, Yogyakarta. Previously served as an Audit Staff since 1999, he currently serves as Head of Audit and Internal Audit Member since 2013. Edi holds no concurrent positions in any public company, has no affiliations, and has attended various professional training programs, though he does not yet hold a professional internal audit certification.
