Dividend Policy and Distribution
The new shareholders from the initial public offering have equal rights in all respects to the existing shareholders of the Company, including the rights to dividends in accordance with the provisions of the Company's articles of association and prevailing regulations. The Company plans to pay cash dividends to all shareholders at least once a year, amounting to a minimum of 10% (ten percent) of the net profit after tax for the respective year.
The amount of dividend payments will be distributed depending on the level of profits of the Company in the financial year concerned with regard to the health and plans of the Company in the future and without prejudice to the rights of the General Meeting of Shareholders to decide otherwise in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Dividend Distribution
In accordance with the results of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (the "Company") which was organized on 10 June 2025, has approved and determined the distribution of Cash Dividends in the amount of USD 2,232,024.48 as dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 or equivalent to a Dividend Payout Ratio of 20% for 5,314,344,000 shares have been issued by the Company or USD 0.00032 per share.
